Shipping & Handling

Orders placed will be processed upon time received and completion of credit card authorization and verification. We want you to start enjoying your purchase as soon as possible, which is why Stickman Central ships all packages Priority Ship for your convenience. Pending the verification of your card, orders placed can be expected to be processed, shipped and received in 5-10 business days (Monday – Friday) excluding holidays. This applies to all addresses and PO Boxes in the U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that we are currently unable to ship international orders.

Exchanges and Returns

It is important to us that you are pleased with your purchase, let us know if you are not and we will be happy to send you a different size, color, item or refund your purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with the size, quality, color or condition of your item when received, immediately fill out enclosed return form specifying reasons of return or exchange along with the information, item, size or color that you wish to exchange. Please note that each monitor is different and may display the color of a product differently than actual live color.

Returns and Exchanges must be post marked within 30 days of initial purchase date to qualify for refund or exchange. Items must be in unused, unworn and unwashed condition same as they were received and are subject to inspection upon return. Stickman Central will not refund items that have been worn, washed or used or if you exceed the allotted time for return. Please note that there is no refund on shipping costs, however you will not be charged shipping again for your exchanged items. All purchases on final sale and closeout items are final.
